Refund policy
Simply Polished Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All claims must be filed after the parcel has left Simply Polished Boutique Possession. Items will not be replaced for items lost, stolen, or damaged by USPS. All claims will need to be handled through USPS. If inventory is available a duplicate item maybe purchased. If not, no store credits or gift cards will be issued for the shipment/s or item/s.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and make up free. This includes smoke, deodorant and perfume scents.
- Original Tags Must be attached (if applicable)
- Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.
- ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: Earrings, Swimsuits, or Swimwear for sanitary reasons, Bodysuits, Anything Marked Over 25% Off, Black Friday Deals & Cyber Monday Deals.
How to Return:
We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Please include your name and order number on the package. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

Please allow up to 48 Hours to receive your Store Credit via email. Store Credit is issued less shipping costs.
Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed on or between Nov 15th and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 15th. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15th. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY.
Damages or Defects:
We must be notified within 48 Hours of any damaged or defective items. Please email becki@beckirojas.com , include pictures of the damaged item and packaging.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN THE UNUSED ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH STORE CREDIT, MINUS SHIPPING.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached. Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains of any sort, pet hair, smoke &/or perfume smell will not be accepted.
STORE-WIDE SALES of 25% or more are FINAL SALE as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items! Keep this in mind while purchasing during our sales. We will not accept any returns from store-wide sale events.
Damages or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective we need to be notified within 48 hours for a full refund. Notification past the 2 day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.

Items that are hand made will have some variations from the pics seen on our website. Bleach is an animal of its own and no two shirts will be exactly the same.
Our current turn around time is 7-10 Business Days. This time maybe extended due to weather in our area, Katy, TX. Sunshine helps us bleach quickly and efficiently without sunshine it causes some delays. In stock items can ship within 2 days of payment of order.
Unpaid Invoices or Purchases: Unpaid Invoices will be cancelled in 24 Hours from the date of receipt. Please pay your invoices promptly to avoid cancellations of the items you love.
